Registration and Payment Process
After you submit your application, the organization will confirm your acceptance by email. Please understand that there are limited places available and the participant mix needs to be balanced.
After receiving the acceptance, you must pay the full amount due or a deposit in the value of 500 euros to the reference indicated in the acceptance email.
Your place is not guaranteed until either a deposit or the full amount has been received in our account.
Full payment must be done until the 31st of August 2024.
You can cancel your registration before August 1st 2024, without any penalty.
Cancellation between August 1st and August 15th 2024 will have a penalty of 500 euros.
Cancellation after August 15th and before August 30th 2024 will have a penalty of 1.000 euros.
Cancellation after September 1st 2024 will have a penalty of 2.000€.
Should you so request, any of the above penalty amounts can be used as full credit in subsequent editions of our GSI programs.
In case there is a cancellation of the program, the participants will be fully reimbursed.

GSI is a unique immersion and innovation program focused on providing insights, experiences, and connections in Silicon Valley’s dynamic innovation ecosystem. GSI offers the following main programs: Executive and cross-company programs; Corporate programs fully customized and developed for a specific company or groups of companies; and Industry programs directed to companies operating under the same industry.
Our programs are designed for entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, public sector decision-makers and anyone interested in understanding the dynamics of Silicon Valley and the global innovation landscape.
While there are no strict prerequisites, participants should have domain of English-language, have a decision-making position in their present or previous professional background and have a keen interest in the matters verse in the specific GSI program they are applying for. The interactions and network between participants has been a valuable component of past GSI programs.
A typical program includes expert talks, workshops, company visits, interaction with incubators and startups, networking events. In addition, participants can present their pitch if previously aligned with us.
Participants are invited to define and present one main business or personal challenge on Monday and provide a solution, based on learnings and take aways from the program, in the last day.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact and discuss diverse topics with the selected representatives of champions (entities which serve as relevant benchmarks due to their differentiated achievements), tech giants, startups, incubators and top universities. These interactions will be chosen according to the topics of each specific GSI program and the profile of participants. In some cases, we can also setup meetings with specific entities as requested by participants.
Through direct interaction with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, innovation experts, and venture capitalists, GSI offers an inside look at the strategies and cultures driving Silicon Valley’s success.
GSI facilitates networking with Silicon Valley professionals, fellow participants, and alumni, creating valuable connections for future collaboration. All in one week.

GSI offers post-program support, including access to our alumni network and online resources to continue your learning and networking journey.
Yes, we offer tailored programs for companies (Corporate Programs), for specific industry sectors (Industry Programs), for Governments (Government Programs) and for Universities (Executive Education Programs). See more information in ‘Services’.
Accommodations and flight travels are not included, but we can provide recommendations and assist with hotel arrangements.
Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of participation, acknowledging their immersion in Silicon Valley’s innovation culture.
