Sessions with LBC and guest speakers
Every day starts with a session promoted by LBC, setting a coherent framework to the program. External experts are invited. A handbook will be handed out. The sessions will be interactive and participants are encouraged to discuss real world challenges. In the first session on Monday, attendants will be asked to define a challenge they face and to provide an actionable solution by the final session on Friday. All participants will provide feedback to each other’s challenges.

Champions visited in previous editions
Will comprise sessions with specialists or visits to reference companies. Except in the case of Google, these visits will have direct interaction with executives from these companies, whom will share best practices and lessons learnt.
In some cases, the participants will break into two groups, for better alignment with their interests. (This part of the program will be subject to changes until the starting date according to the interests of the participants enrolled.)

Interaction with incubators/accelerators
Comprises guided visits to reputed incubators and accelerators. Furthermore, it involves interaction with resident start-ups and pitching by the participants (if so prepared before departing to Silicon Valley). Participants can also indicate, before departure, if they want to assist pitches by resident start-ups.
How the start-up ecosystem works
How to build an in-house venture program and open innovation;
The relevance of start-ups in the new economy and to your business;
How can I use the existing incubators and their programs;
Meet start-ups that are exploring new technologies – artificial intelligence, augmented reality, internet of things, blockchain, plus cloud and mobile advanced solutions, among others.
Grow your Network Power
Networking sessions
These will comprise networking sessions with target audiences, mostly entrepreneurs from the Valley, but also international entrepreneurs. In some cases, we will have a CEO of a start-up of reference who will interact with the audience in an informal way, in a Q&A model. One week before departure the participants will be informed about who will be present.
Get-togethers and cocktails with invited entrepreneurs

does not include:

- Airport transportation (to and from the hotel)

Registration and Payment Process
Acceptance
After you submit your application, the organization will confirm your acceptance by email. Please understand that there are limited places available and the participant mix needs to be balanced.
Payment
After receiving the acceptance, you must pay the full amount due or a deposit in the value of 500 euros to the reference indicated in the acceptance email.
Your place is not guaranteed until either a deposit or the full amount has been received in our account.
Full payment must be done until the 31st of August 2024.
Cancellation
You can cancel your registration before August 1st 2024, without any penalty.
Cancellation between August 1st and August 15th 2024 will have a penalty of 500 euros.
Cancellation after August 15th and before August 30th 2024 will have a penalty of 1.000 euros.
Cancellation after September 1st 2024 will have a penalty of 2.000€.
Should you so request, any of the penalty amounts above can be used as full credit for the 13th Edition, thus guaranteeing your place at this next edition without any financial loss to you.
In case there is a cancellation of the program, the participants will be fully reimbursed.
