*PRELIMINARY AGENDA

Program agenda

Day 1
Defining your GenAI business case
Strategic innovation

The Silicon Valley mindset & GenAI use‑case discovery

Led by LBC, this opening session introduces the Silicon Valley mindset and helps leaders identify where GenAI can create real business value. The focus is on recognizing problems worth solving, understanding artificial intelligence (AI) prototyping options, and leading people and projects under uncertainty.

Interaction with champions

Understanding the AI ecosystem

You’ll get a clear map of the AI ecosystem – who the key players are, what they’re building, and where the real opportunities lie. You’ll explore practical AI prototyping options and leave with a concrete framework for leading people and projects when uncertainty is the new constant.

Leadership in the age of AI

You’ll go beyond theory to tackle one of the hardest challenges executives face right now – how to manage teams, make decisions, and lead with confidence in an era where AI is rewriting the rules faster than organizations can keep up.

Business acceleration and opportunities

From ideas to actionable AI solutions

Understand how global accelerators connect start‑ups, corporates, and investors to speed AI adoption. Hear directly from AI start‑ups inside Plug and Play’s platform and identify key trends shaping the AI landscape.

Exponential networking

Strategic reflection & personal agenda time

Dedicated time to reflect on insights gained during the day and begin shaping a personal agenda that will be refined throughout the week.

Day 2
Understanding LLMs, infrastructure & AI agents
Strategic innovation

Understanding LLMs & agentic AI systems

Led by LBC, this session will dig out understanding of how large language models, AI agents, and enterprise systems interact. The focus is on how autonomous decision‑making reshapes business strategy and organizational design.

Interaction with champions

From foundation models to enterprise‑grade AI

See how Computer for Enterprise enables AI agents to execute complex tasks autonomously – navigating workflows across multiple applications on a secure, model-agnostic layer that works with any AI system your organization already uses.

Building with AI at scale – toolkit for enterprise leaders

Explore the full toolkit – from the Generative AI Stack and Amazon Bedrock, the foundation model platform that lets you build and scale AI applications without managing underlying infrastructure, to developer tools like Kiro that accelerate how teams move from idea to production.

Business acceleration and opportunities

Connects AI models to the real world

Understand how AI orchestration works in practice – chaining prompts into structured workflows, connecting models to your organization’s data, building agents that decide autonomously which tools to use, and maintaining context across complex multi-step interactions.

Collapsing the AI experimentation cycle

See how teams are deploying AI-powered applications at speed – from copilots embedded in SaaS platforms and intelligent search interfaces to customer support assistants and internal productivity tools – and why shortening that prototype-to-production cycle is quickly becoming one of the most important competitive advantages a company can have.

Leadership in the age of AI

Understand how platform enables companies to build a single AI agent that works seamlessly across voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp and email – delivering consistent, enterprise-grade interactions at scale. The focus is on what actually moves the needle: not just deploying AI, but driving measurable business results from day one.

Exponential networking

The AI Collective

An immersive evening with Silicon Valley’s most active AI community, bringing together start‑ups, builders, investors, and enterprise leaders in a shared networking experience.

Why organizations send teams to GSI?

1 leader = 1x impact
2 leaders = 3x organizational velocity

When multiple leaders attend together, they return with a shared language, complementary networks, and aligned strategy dramatically accelerating implementation speed and stakeholder buy-in.

Most organizations send 2-3 leaders from different functions (e.g., CTO + Chief Innovation Officer, or CEO + Head of Digital).

Everything was very well organized. Especially yesterday with Google. The first meeting today was very interesting. We learned a lot. And that’s why we came here. Thank you for the organization!

Bernhard Lüders

I really enjoyed, especially the presentation about innovation. Very inspiring. If someone is interested in getting some new inspiration and getting to know the Bay Area, it’s a good organization and a real nice team to go with for the whole day.
